بوينگ كى‌سي-135 ستراتوتانكر Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker هي طائرة عسكرية للتزود بالوقود جواً تطورت من النموذج المبدئي لـبوينگ 367-80، بجانب طائرة الركاب بوينگ 707. وهي التنويعة الغالبة ضمن عائلة سي-135 ستراتوليفتر لطائرات النقل. الطائرة كى‌سي-135 كانت أول نفاثة تزويد بالوقود جواً وقد حلـَّت محل كى‌سي-97 ستراتوفريتر. أول مهام كى‌سي-135 كانت تزويد الوقود للقاذفات الاستراتيجية، ولكن اِستـُخدِمت على نطاق واسع في حرب ڤيتنام وفي النزاعات التالية مثل عملية عاصفة الصحراء لزيادة مدى وتحمل المقاتلات التكتيكية والقاذفات الأمريكية.

The KC-135 entered service with the United States Air Force (USAF) in 1957; it is one of six military fixed-wing aircraft with over 50 years of continuous service^[1] with its original operator. The KC-135 is supplemented by the larger كى‌سي-10. Studies have concluded that many of the aircraft could be flown until 2030, although maintenance costs have greatly increased. كى‌سي-135 سوف تُستبدَل جزئياً بالطائرة بوينگ كى‌سي-46 پگاسوس.
