سبيكتينومايسبن سبيكتينومايسبن , يسوق كملح الهيدروكلورايد, تحت الإسم التجارى Trobicin) وهو مضاد حيوى من مجموعة aminocyclitol ينتج بواسطة البكتيريا Streptomyces spectabilis.

وكان هناك قصور في الإمدادات عام 2001.^[1]

نظرية العمل

يرتبط ب 30S ribosomal تحت التصنيف , في البكتيريا الغازية ويعرقل تخليق البروتين لكن هناك صورة مقاومة برزت في 16S ribosomal RNA in Pasteurella multocida.^[2]

الإستعمالات

يعطى في صورة الحخقن العضلى لعلاجgonorrhea, خاصة فىحالة المرضى الذين يعانون من حساسية تجاه البنيسيلين penicillin.

الآثار الجانبية

تشمل itching, chills, آلآم بالمعدة, و red rash.
