اللغة البلتية (Nastaʿlīq script: بلتی, Tibetan script: སྦལ་ཏི།, وايلي: sbal ti) هي اللغة التبتية يتحدث بها شعب البلطي في منطقة بلتستان في گلگت-بلتستان ، باكستان ، وادي النوبة منطقة ليه وفي منطقة كارجيل في لداخ ، الهند. وهي يختلف تمامًا عن معايير التبتية . حيث تم الاحتفاظ بالعديد من أصوات التبت القديمة التي فقدت معاييرها في اللغة البلتية. كما أن لديها نظامًا بسيطًا حدة صوتية فقط في الكلمات متعددة المقاطع while Standard Tibetan has a complex and distinct pitch system that includes tone contour.
