گي‌يوم-كريتيان ده لاموانيو دى مالزيرب Guillaume-Chrétien de Lamoignon de Malesherbes‏(6 ديسمبر 1721 – 23 أبريل 1794)، كثيراً ما يشار إليه باللقب مالزيرب Malesherbes أو لاموانيو-مالزيرب Lamoignon-Malesherbes، كان رجل دولة فرنسي، ووزير و وبعد ذلك مستشار قانوني للدفاع عن لويس السادس عشر.

 سيرته

وُلِد في باريس لعائلة قانونية شهيرة تنتمي إلى noblesse de robe، وقد تعلم ليصبح محامياً.

He was the great-grandfather of Alexis de Tocqueville. Malherbes' memory loomed large in Tocqueville's mind: he later wrote "It is because I am the grandson [sic] of M. de Malesherbes that I have written these things."
