هاتف قرصي Rotary dial هو جهاز تليفوني به لوحة مفاتيح لارسال نبضات كهربية بعدد الرقم المطلوب قدمت براءة الاختراع يوم 20 أغسطس 1896 من قبل موظفي Strowger ، وهما الاخوة جون تشارلز إريكسون. ومنح براءات الاختراع رقم 597062 في 11 يناير 1898.
