 Parameters

This template can be used as an Infobox for communities and localities in the United Arab Emirates. A description of the template's parameters are listed below.

Field name	Usage	Description
Statistical information
comm_name	optional	Name of the community (please use official governmental transliterations, where available)
ar_name	optional	Name of the community, in Arabic
image_comm	optional	Image of the community or locality, if available. The argument for the parameter should include only the name of the image and no wiki syntax (eg., no [[Image:''image name''|''image size'']]).
image_comm_caption	optional	Image caption
emirate_name	optional	Name of the emirate that has jurisdiction over the community
city_name	optional	Name of the city where the community is located
comm_established	optional	Date the community was established
Community numbering
comm_number	optional	Community numbers (if available) used by the government for city planning. Use this only for communities that have a single community number. For subcommunities (eg. Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2, etc), use the multi_comm parameter below. For Community Numbers of localities in Dubai, please refer to this link.
multi_comm	optional	Value should be "yes" (without quotes), if multiple subcommunities exist. Use either this parameter or comm_number.
s1...10	optional	The name of the subcommunity. multi_comm can display up to 10 subcommunities (s1 - s10)
n1...n10	optional	The subcommunity number. Up to 10 subcommunity numbers can be displayed.
comm_area	optional	Area (in square kilometers) of the community. This can be calculated using various tools.
comm_pop	optional	Population of the community. For Dubai census 2000 figures for each community, refer to this link.
comm_density	optional	Population density = Total Population of community/Area of community
neighbourhood	optional	Localities in the community's immediate neighbourhood
coordinates	optional	Latitude and Longitude coordinates of the community
footnotes	optional	Additional footnotes, where applicable
Dubai Metro
dubaimetro	optional	Use this parameter only if a Dubai Metro station is located in the community.
comm_red	optional	Name of the Dubai Metro Red Line station located in the community
comm_green	optional	Name of the Dubai Metro Green Line station located in the community
comm_blue	optional	Name of the Dubai Metro Blue Line station located in the community
comm_purple	optional	Name of the Dubai Metro Purple Line station located in the community
