روتكا (Rudka ؛ [ˈrutka]) هي قرية في the administrative district of Gmina Mrozy, within Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[2] وتقع تقريباً على بعد 4 كم شرق مروزي، و 20 كم شرق مينسك مازوڤيتسكي، و 59 كم شرق وارسو.
