إيتالو كالڤينو Italo Calvino (15 أكتوبر 1923 – 19 سبتمبر 1985) (النطق بالإيطالية: [ˈiːtalo kalˈviːno])صحفي، كاتب قصص قصيرة، روائي إيطاليا. من أشهر أعماله ثلاثية أسلافنا Our Ancestors (1952–1959)، Cosmicomics وهي مجموعة من القصص القصيرة (1965)، وروايات المدن غير المرئية (1972) وIf on a winter's night a traveler (1979).

كُرم في بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة، وكان حتى وفاته أكثر كاتب إيطالي معاصر تُرجمت أعماله، وكان منافس بارز على جائزة نوبل للأدب.
