لسبوس (باليونانية: Λέσβος؛ إنگليزية: Lesbos؛ تركية: Midilli وبالتركية العثمانية: مدللي) هي ثالث أكبر جزيرة يونانية و تقع في شمال بحر إيجة، تبلغ مساحتها 1,632 كم² (630 ميل مربع) و عدد سكانها 90,643 نسمة و يبلغ معدل الكثافة السكانية 56 /كم² (144 /ميل مربع). و تقع الجزيرة ضمن مقاطعة ليسبوس.
